Gentle Yoga


This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels. As the students mindfully integrate movement and breath, the mind-body connection will be enhanced. Each pose can be modified or amplified to suit the student’s practice at that specific time. This class will encourage students to try new poses, inversions and arm balances as they learn the benefits and body mechanics for each pose, aiming to boost confidence and physical/emotional strength that can transfer off the student’s mat and into his or her daily life.
