A kickboxing lesson in which fitness, bag training, and sparring  are key.

A very intensive lesson for anyone who already has a few baking training sessions. Of course you work at your own level, but you must already master the first techniques of kickboxing.

Take with you:

  • Boxing gloves minus 14oz (above 80kg 18oz)
  • Bit
  • Shin guards
  • and the men’s a tok

Extra: Participants in this lesson can if desired, participate twice a year in the Fight fans route (with a small supplement). Maybe something from your bucket list? 1x in the ring, your own boxing match.
