Wat is Vital?
A Vital class is exactly the same as a Kinesis training class, but is aimed at people for whom doing physical exercise is not so normal. A small group training involving a combination of strength, flexibility and balance exercises.
This is an ideal class for anyone who wants to (start to) improve their fitness sensibly, without exerting themselves too much.
Whether you are pregnant, have an injury, a little bit older, or need to take it easy for any other reason: this is the right class for you.
