SHAPE M.A.D & SKILLMILL
MAD stands for Motion, Agility, Dynamics. A short, intensive 30 (or 45/60) minute circuit training of functional exercises using kettle bells, ropes, Rusian bags, weights, elastics etc.
We train technology, strength, condition, flexibility. The trainer motivates, corrects and guarantees you a perfect workout.
At the MAD. POWER no conditional exercises are involved. Pure strength exercises for strengthening the entire body. A great way to get a heavy workout in 45 minutes based on a motivated trainer,
MAD LEGS As the word suggests, trains the buttocks and legs. An intensive strength workout that makes buttocks and legs firm and beautifully shaped.
With the Shape sKILLmill the 4 skillmills are used and you work with 4 people on the same exercise. 8 Exercises throughout the training for a total body workout
SHAPE MAD XL
This lesson is a 45-minute workout and is, as the name suggests, the more extreme version of the normal SHAPE M.A.D.
So make sure you have trained your technique in the SHAPE M.A.D. before you do the SHAPE M.A.D. XL is going to do.
