SHAPE BOOTCAMP IN WESTERPARK
Work out & get dirty! Bootcamp is an intensive interval training class in which running is combined with strength and circuit training. Participants use their own body weight, obstacles like benches and fences and other training equipment on the street. Each training class is different and focuses on improving fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, speed and skill. Bootcamp takes place outside in the fresh outdoor air, whatever the weather!
