Fitness instructors and personal training are available during our opening hours and every 6-8 weeks you can make an appointment for free with one of our trainers. The first 10 weeks at our gym we guide you with a 10-week program.
Personal exercise and sports activities can all be saved in your personal MyWellness cloud environment.You can link all your other exercise and nutrition apps to this one, so that you have a complete online overview of your moves, progress and energy consumption and intake.
In the fitness area, we give around 50 small group circuit training sessions per week and 50 core sessions 15 minutes. Under the guidance of our trainers, you get compact intensive training in 3 different levels. Check out our schedule for the exact times.
In 4 different training rooms we offer more than 100 different group lessons and circuit training for beginners and advanced athletes. From yoga and circuit training to spinning on wattage bikes.

We are going to do this well! If we make a good start you will have the best chances of achieving your goals.
We start with an appointment with one of our trainers where we will set your goal, run some tests and indicate your sport preferences. Based on those outcomes the trainer will make a schedule.
The schedule, measurements and tests are stored in the Shape-all-in app. If you want you can also connect other personal apps such as Fitbit, Runkeeper, Polar etc
Experience has shown that the more you track and use the app, the better your results will be.
You start with the training schedule, whether or not combined with group lessons.
In week 5 you will have another appointment with your trainer-coach to discuss your process and how you proceed. Your schedule will be adjusted at the same time.
In week 10, you have a 3rd appointment. Now you are ready for the follow-up process. You know whether or not you take group lessons and which ones work for you. Your schedule will be adjusted for your next routine. With your trainer, you discuss what goes well and how you want to proceed. He / she makes a follow-up schedule based on the information received from you.
From that moment on you will be in contact with your trainer every 6-8 weeks. You make an appointment or have contact via the Shape-all-in app.
