Time for a new, sporty start?

Do you want to change your lifestyle, but do you always postpone it? Are you looking for an extra boost in your training?

Then the 10-week challenge is made for you!

During the challenge, you will be guided by professional trainers and a coach in the field of lifestyle and fitness for 10 weeks

Fit and winter-proof, in top condition on holiday, or just comfortable in your skin, we will get you ready in 10 weeks

Through a personal training schedule, personal training, group training, measurements, and physical testing we will work on your personal goals.

Expanding the challenge with a complete nutrition program is possible and usually, this can be reimbursed by your insurance.

The 10 Weeks Challenge includes:
  • 10x 1 hour personal training with 1 of our personal trainer interns
  • 3x an extensive  bodyscan
  • 3x a physical test for strength and endurance
  • 1x a week training with your personal training schedule
  • 1x per week small group training with one of our trainers
  • online coaching by the personal trainer

** in case you miss a training due to illness or vacation, replacement training can be assigned, if desired, within the 10 weeks
