SPIN & STRENGTH
One hour of high intensity cardio & strength intervals, using spinning bikes for the cardio component and various free weights for the strength component.
This class is designed to increase your metabolism (BIG CALORIE BURN) for hours post-exercise, leaving you feeling exhausted but stronger every time.
It is important to arrive at least ten minutes before the class to set up the stations and to get your mind and body prepared.
Cycling shoes are not needed and make sure to arrive hydrated and with energy.
All levels welcome.
