M.A.D. stands for Motion, Agility, Dynamics.

SHAPE M.A.D & SKILLMILL

This class involves 30 (or 45/60) minutes of intensive circuit training, consisting of a number of functional exercises in which you quickly improve your strength, technique, stamina and coordination. Kettlebells, Russian bags and boxing bags, etc. are used to improve every area of the body.

With the M.A.D. POWER class, conditional exercises are not involved. It is all about pure strength exercises for strengthening the whole body. A great way to get a heavy workout in 45 minutes.

With the Shape SKILLmill 4 skillmills are included, you work together with 4 people on the same exercise. You will train your full body in a total of 8 exercises.

SHAPE M.A.D. XL

This lesson is a 45-minute workout and, as the name suggests, this is the more extreme version of the normal SHAPE M.A.D. So make sure you have trained your technique in the SHAPE M.A.D. before you do the SHAPE M.A.D. XL. Do you want even more extreme? There is also the SHAPE M.A.D. XXL

SHAPE M.A.D. XXL

A very intense hour. You know the technique and are pushed to the limit by the trainer and your fellow athletes. Think Crossfit level, but with the right techniques and guidance. Of course, this class is not for beginners! A real die-hard workout.

SHAPE M.A.D TEENZ

For kids from 14-16 years
An intensive workout of 45 minutes using our functional zone.Kettlebells, Bosu balls, ropes, plyo boxes, everything is taken out of the closet to create a circuit where flexibility, strength and endurance are trained.
Above all, it is 45 minutes full of FUN.
