Kinesis equipment is used in this circuit training class.
When using standard fitness equipment, the body moves front to back and from the top downwards. Kenesis equipment involves the use of three-dimensional movements, so linear, diagonal and circular.
As a result, you improve not only your strength, but also coordination, body control, balance and equilibrium.
Everyone is welcome to come along to this class. Because each participant trains at his/her own level, everyone can expect to get the very best from each session.
Kinesis is also part of AntenatalFit, a 10-week programme consisting of an antenatal course and fitness for expectant mothers.
