Work out & get dirty! Bootcamp is an intensive interval training class in which running is combined with strength and circuit training. Participants use their own body weight, obstacles like benches and fences and other training equipment on the street. Each training class is different and focuses on improving fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, speed and skill. Bootcamp takes place outside in the fresh outdoor air, whatever the weather! We gather at Shape-all-in and departure is at 7pm exactly! These classes are also attended by participants from IAMFIT and are available in the Westerpark and Vondelpark and at the Olympic Stadium.
