During the challenge you will be guided by professional trainers and a coach
They will treat both the lifestyle and the fitness aspect.
Fit & Slim for summer,  hiking, biking, ready for the golf court: whatever it is, we’ll make sure you’re ready.

With a personal training schedule, personal training, group classes, check-ups, bodyscans and tips & tricks from our FB page we’ll work on your future goals.

Including:

  • 3x advanced bodyscan
  • 3x physical test for strength & endurance
  • consult with food expert (if required)
  • personal training schedule
  • 2x per week group training
  • 12x 1 hour personal training with one of our PT-interns 
  • 3x workshop functional training
  • Tips & Tricks through FB page
  • Workbook

In case any sessions are missed, replacing sessions can be arranged within the 10 week period.
We guarantee a new start, a new impulse in your motivation and the accompanying results.
